Tournament, Skills, Pickleball Dance, Kids Skills

Hello Folks,

Sr. Fun Tournament- February 7th completed– A good time was had by all, with 2 people getting the bonus of winning.  Congratulations goes to Patrick Elliott as 1st place winner, and Lisa Wells as 2nd place winner!  See below for All-Ages Tournament.

Feb. 14th is next scheduled Skills session.  

8:30-10:30 (filled) and 10:30-12:30 (1 opening left) Intermediate sessions 

12:30-2:30 for Beginner/Intermediate session(1 opening left)

all with certified instructors Derek Winsor, and/or Pete Litchecsky for a fee of $35.  They will each be a 1 1/2-hour session w 1/2-hour open play after to practice new skills.  If you have a friend that would like to attend, please help them sign on and send payment, or have them get in touch with me or Audrey. 

If you have not pre-paid for these skills, please use this QRCode comment “Skills” with “date & time” noted.  $20 goes toward the facility improvement fundraiser.  The next Skills sessions Saturday, March 8th is now posted on SUG.  Please use same QR code.

Please, if you find your schedule changes, remove your name from the list and notify Audrey, me, or Derek to allow us time to fill the spot.

All-ages Fun Tournament- March 15th is now posted on SUG.  Play will be as teams.  Partner up and sign on together.  Please use BSRC Wellness & Rec Center QRCode to prepay.  Flyer attached with SUG and QR code. 

We are also offering a Youth Pickleball Skills Day to children ages 7-12 on Friday morning, Feb. 28 (NH school vacation).   If you know any youth that might be interested, please spread the word. Attached is a flyer. 

PICKLEBALL DANCE!!  Saturday, April 12, 6-10pm

Our last Comedy Night fundraiser was so well received that we are holding a Pickleball Dance, for all of you great players who have never had to dance on the courts!!!  And for all who have done the pickle dance, too.  This will be a benefit for maintenance for the outdoor courts at Hobbs Community Center and looking to the future for new courts. See attached flyer.
