The hike_id field is populated from the Guided Hike page by the availability loader. DO NOT LEAVE IT BLANK OR SET A PERMANENT VALUE IN THE REUSABLE FORM. WHEN THIS FORM WRITES A RECORD, IT MUST PASS ALONG THE HIKE ID.
Capacity, availability, waitlisting, and Registration Status are calculated by the Event Registration application after the submission reaches the raw registration sheet. They are not calculated by this form.
The Party Size field is calculated, so you should not touch it. It is always the number of Additional Attendees + 1 for the primary registrant.
Anyone submitting this form will have a contact record created or updated through the Pelham Pathways shared contact-management service. Follow-up event communications are managed through the shared communications service.
